    •    Once a consultation is delivered, it is non-refundable.
    •    Rescheduling allowed with prior notice (minimum notice period recommended: 24 hours).

Digital Reports:
    •    No refunds after report generation.

Physical Products:
    •    Replacement only for damaged delivery with proof within specified time window.
    •    No refunds for opened or used spiritual products unless defective.
